Conewood Manor is a 42-bed residential nursing home with an adjacent two-storey building to the front.

The work consisted of the structural alteration and refurbishment of the house with a new lift and new single storey building at the rear, forming six new bedroom units with associated facilities.  A glazed link bridge connects it to the existing Conewood Manor.
