Extensive alterations to four storeys of existing offices above the busy Jubilee market to form nine residential flats.

The works included the demolition of the existing concrete roof slab and plant room, with the provision of temporary formwork and casting a new fifth floor concrete slab. The fifth floor was converted into a three-bedroom penthouse apartment.

The external envelope underwent extensive repairs including the provision of new brick and stonework to match the existing façade, cleaning the existing masonry and stonework and the removal and replacement of the windows.
